Karl comes to us from Fountain City, California.  He produces resources for Helping Small Churches Thrive and has authored 5 books.  His heart is to help pastors of small churches (up to 90 percent of us) find the resources to lead well, and to capitalize on the unique advantages that come with pastoring a small church – something virtually every pastor will spend at least some of their ministry years doing.  He also believes that big and small churches can and should work together more often – to the benefit and blessing of everyone.

Joe Epley is the Network Student Ministries Director for the Montana Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God, based in Billings. Appointed in March 2023, he previously served as a youth and associate pastor in Baker, MT, for 10 years and focuses on rural ministry, community outreach, and leadership development.

Jay Gallatin:  Drawing from a rich background in church leadership, Jay has faithfully served the local church in various capacities for many years. Presently, he occupies a central role in the daily operations of New Life Church, offering inspirational leadership to the staff and ministries.
