Joe Epley is the Network Student Ministries Director for the Montana Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God, based in Billings. Appointed in March 2023, he previously served as a youth and associate pastor in Baker, MT, for 10 years and focuses on rural ministry, community outreach, and leadership development.

Pete has a ministerial passion for reaching university communities, specifically The University of Virginia located in Charlottesville.  Outside of City Church Pete journeys along side of academic, business, and community leaders of the greater Charlottesville area.

Prior to his time at City Church, Pete served as a campus pastor at Princeton University from 1988-1997.  He holds a Bachelors in Biblical Studies, a Masters in Counseling and Doctorate of Ministry in Leadership. He and his wife Fran have three grown children. Pete enjoys UVA sports, is an avid outdoorsman, and loves to eat cheeseburgers with friends.

Donna L. Barrett, is the General Secretary of the General Council of the Assemblies of God. As General Secretary of the Assemblies of God, U. S. A., part of the largest Pentecostal denomination in the world, she is a member of the denomination’s Executive Leadership Team and Executive Presbytery. Barrett stewards the credentialing process of ministers, oversees the chartering of churches and the collection of official statistics.

The denomination has nearly 13,000 congregations in the United States with over three million adherents. The U.S. Assemblies of God is part of a larger World Assemblies of God Fellowship with a membership of over 69 million.

Prior to her election as General Secretary, Barrett was a church planter, serving as Founder and Lead Pastor of Rockside Church in Independence, Ohio. Following seven years as a paralegal, Barrett became a credentialed minister in 1986. She served ten years as Youth Pastor at Highway Tabernacle Assembly of God in Youngstown, Ohio, followed by seven years as Associate Pastor at Bethel Temple in Parma, Ohio.

While pastoring, she was elected by her peers to serve the Ohio Ministry Network as an elected General Presbyter and an Executive Presbyter for four years each.

Russ Smith is married to his high school sweetheart. They have six children and twelve grandchildren. Four of their children are biological and two they had the high honor of adopting into their family. Russ grew up the youngest of six in a blue-collar, middle-income family. Behind closed doors was violence, abuse, rejection, and pain. All of this led him to a life of drug addiction. After being set free from drugs, Russ became a pastor and has served people with life-advice for 32 years.
