2018 Guest Speaker

John Opalewski, Guest Speaker

John Opalewski is the head of Converge Coaching in Michigan. John Opalewski is a graduate of Oral Roberts University. He served as a pastor for 15 years. He has worked in the business world for nearly two decades, serving in multiple leadership roles. John’s experience as a leader in both the church and business arenas has made him a sought-after speaker, coach and mentor. He and his wife Laura founded Converge Coaching in 2012.

Converge Coaching exists to promote a working model that enables a leader to be effective in their role while maintaining health in their personal life. The model promotes a foundationally sound approach to mental/emotional health, to proper boundary-setting in terms of relationships and schedule, and the priority of a leader’s family over work.
